Biddle Memorial Park in Sheridan provides family recreation facilities including playgrounds, ball diamonds and picnic tables. Nearby, Morse and Geist Reservoirs provide scenic facilities for boating and fishing. Forest Park, only fifteen minutes from Sheridan, offers swimming, tennis, baseball, camping and picnicing. The park also has both 9-hole and 18-hole golf courses. Several other private and public golf courses are also located in the area.
