Best Places to Raise Your Family: The Top 100 Affordable Communities in the U.S. based its rankings on standard of living, education, health, and safety, lifestyle, and population profiles. Some of the positive things about Noblesville that the book cites are small town flavor, job growth prospects and attractive homes.
