William Haddad, Haddad Team

William´s involvement in the real estate and mortgage industries began in 2000 when he received his Indiana Real Estate License and became a mortgage broker/banker. He and his wife Pat set a goal to make the Haddad Team one of the most successful real estate companies in Central Indiana as measured by sales and service to the customer.

William came to the US from Lebanon at the age of 17 on a scholarship to attend Warren Wilson College in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. In William´s words, it was a "culture shock" from what he expected to find in the US as seen in American movies. William transferred to Clemson University and received his BS degree in Civil Engineering. Following his early career in engineering design, sales and construction management with two large companies, William struck out on his own as a business entrepreneur and developed, owned and managed various businesses including franchises.
William was an All-American soccer player in junior college. He has a passion for golf and is history buff of the game. He admits he hardly ever breaks 90, but will not turn down a game unless the temperature is below 50 degrees!
