When coming to Indianapolis we had no clue what to look for in a house. We got ahold of the Haddad group via the Internet and they sent us a lot of houses to choose from in our e-mail. We flew in for a weekend and Aaron took us all around to look at tons of houses. He did not pressure us into any of them. When we were ready to buy he bent over backwards for us, including being our power of attorney so we did not have to travel 900 miles to close on the house. My husband and I were on the hunt for our very first home. I happened to run into Pat Haddad when I went to an open house with my aunt and uncle who were also looking for a new home. I loved her personality right away and I knew then she was the realtor I was looking for. Pat was wonderful. She was completely honest with us in every way. She was more like a friend than a realtor out to make a sale. We had her out night after night looking at homes. She was always available to look at a home no matter what time it was. I even gave her name to my boss, and he sold and bought a house through her. Pat is a wonderful and caring person, and someday, when I am ready to sell my house, I will be looking her up.
