More good news than bad for August 2011 Fishers Real Estate Market

All in all, good news outweighed the bad in the Fishers housing market for the month of August 2011 as compared to activity from the same month one year ago.

The Good: Closed Sales = Up. Median Sales Price =Up. Average Sales Price = Up.

The Bad: Percent of Original List Price Received at Sale dropped, but not alarmingly.

The Ugly: Average Days on Market increased a increased a substantial 19.18%.

When compared to the previous month, the August 2011 Fishers real estate market showed a slight decrease in Average Sales Price (2.46), a larger decrease (6.84%) in Median Sales Price, and held steady for Average Days on Market.
