Tour Time. 60% of buyers conducting an Internet home search want a virtual tour to supplement the still photos and descriptions. Virtual tours generally come at an extra cost to REALTORS®, so whether or not they use them can be a good indicator of how much they´re willing to put into marketing your home.
Map It! 43% of buyers conducting Internet searches want interactive maps showing locations of public services and schools, and aerial views of neighborhoods.
Who Are the People in Your Neighborhood? 37% of Internet buyers want specific neighborhood information, such as population, population density, and median age.
