CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert. REALTOR®s with the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Designation have trained extensively to understand the options, solutions, and effective methods for dealing with homeowners facing hardships.
CRS -Certified Residential Specialist. A REALTOR® who has Once you have completed the rigorous educational and production requirements to earn the Certified Residential Specialist Designation, you have many resources at your fingertips, strong referral network of more than 45,000 CRS members; timely and timeless news and information found in the bimonthly magazine, The Residential Specialist; and networking opportunities locally through CRS Chapters and nationally at events such as Sell-a-brations®, the Council´s annual educational conference, and National Committee Meetings held twice yearly.
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Requirements include successful completion of the ABR course and exam as well as proof of a minimum of five closed transactions.
e-Pro- Electronic Professional. e-PRO Certification is NAR's online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals. e-PRO is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and endorsed by the National Association of Realtors®.
GRI- Graduate REALTOR® Institute. Developed for members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and offered through State REALTOR® Associations, the GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.
